Oh coworker. I fully sympathize with your desire to make long personal phone calls on company time. And yet. Is the multi-stall bathroom really the best location? Have you adequately considered the issue of, um, background noise? Not to mention the psychological effect you may be having on your suittemates who are shy of bladder?

I'm sure the logic goes along these lines:

Postulate: Superman changed clothes in a phone booth.

Postulate: This so-called "bathroom" in the office with all the toilets is where people in the office go to change clothes.

Therefore: This "bathroom" is a phone booth.

Seems to me that the point could be made fairly convincingly by providing peanut-gallery commentary on the call contents from another stall. :-)

Most cell phones won't pick up, shall we say, environmental noise that's a distance away from the microphone.

That being said, I tend to flush with extreme prejudice whenever someone talks on the phone in the bathroom next to me!

So tempting to just make horrible farting noises.
