My concession to carnivorism is to eat better meat, less often, which is a trade-off carnivores around me can appreciate: like, I only eat meat once a week, but it is free-range, organic meat! The cost is about even, but I feel like I come out ahead, you know, ecologically. (Probably also taste-wise, but that is harder to evaluate.)
