Right. If it were possible to do everything, it would be worth trying to do. Instead, we need to bloom where we're planted, make our local sphere as awesome as we can make it, spread that love and effectiveness outward by making the people on the edges of our local sphere more empowered to do the same, and so on and so on. This is the closest thing I have to a religion.
