Ayup. It's surprising how quickly we can adapt to just about anything. The last time we were at Java Mama some kid managed to get poop out of hir diaper and onto the carpet - I think the parents most upset about it were the ones who belonged to the poopy kid. The rest of us were kinda like, meh, it's poop, just get some carpet cleaner and take care of it.

Vomit in the pool, on the other hand, is still kinda gross.
