You know, I truly hate to say this about a movie with four amazing women in it, but if I had to pick the one very best joke? I might have to say the coffee cup. It just BUILDS.
McCarthy says "Did you put sugar in this?" 1. Hemworth takes the coffee back and TASTES IT, because that's a reasonable thing to do to your boss's coffee. 2. He spits it BACK INTO THE CUP in a beautiful bit of slapstick. 3. He says "I forgot, I hate coffee!" which is also funny. 4. He HANDS IT BACK TO MCCARTHY, because THAT is a reasonable thing to do to your boss! 5. Wiig TAKES IT, because she's just that thirsty for him aaaaaagh which is the bit where I'm flailing and choking. I mean. That is a lot of mileage to get out of one joke!
If I had to pick a most fun movie element rather than single moment, I would have to pick Holtzmann never pausing in macking on Erin for a single moment. Probably Holtzmann in general. God she gave me so much joy.
